Five Bedroom Farmhouse - Linens Included

Summer Breeze is located on Barley Neck just a short walk from Pochet Inlet and a ten minute drive to Nauset Beach.  The neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding.

The yards at Summer Breeze are professional landscaped with numerous perennials.   A fire pit is located in the back yard, a new weber grill and wicker dining set are located on the deck.   Three separate french doors from the great room open out to the property.  A new outdoor shower was installed in 2019.

Cleaning is done every Saturday during turnover.  The house does have a central vacuum if needed.  Cleaning solutions are also stored in the pantry or under the sink.

Trash can be carried to a large canister next to the driveway.

Summer Breeze vacationers enjoy brand  new kitchen utensils, dishes and cooking tools.   There is seating for 8 to 12 around a beautiful cherry dining table.

Comcast cable and Wifi is included.  A bluetooth enabled stereo system is located in the great room.

Enough beach chairs for 10 people are stored in the garage.   There are also boogies boards for the kids (or dads and moms)

Summer Breeze Cottage hosts 5 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 full bed and two twin beds.   Linen service for both sheets and towels is included in the rental fee.

A washer and dryer are located on the first floor.  An iron and ironing board is also available.
