Summer Breeze Cottage is just up the road from the Barley Neck Inn and other Main Street shops and restaurants. There is also easy access to Skaket Beach & Rock Harbor on Cape Cod Bay.

Summer Breeze Cottage has four comfortable bedrooms upstairs plus a first-floor guest room – each updated with new carpeting, furniture, mattresses and linens.   

The first-floor great room is a wonderful space for family gatherings. An updated kitchen includes new granite counters, cutlery, dishes and cookware. The living area includes dining for 8-12, new seating, carpets and sofa with french door access to a very private back yard with firepit and deck with new Weber grill.  A new 450 square foot farmers porch was added in 2021.

A separate family/TV room includes a new sofa, seating, 55” HD Roku TV and DVD player. High speed internet is available for those poor souls who must check their work emails.

This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental.
